Q: Did you know that Sheridan had a toll road once upon a time?
A: Between 1889 and 1910, the Soldier Creek Toll Road Company operated a pay-as-you-go wagon road from the mouth of Soldier Creek Canyon to the Walker Mining District in the Big Horn Mountains.
