Q: When was Sheridan's first temperature and precipitation observations made?
A: 1893.
The first Weather Bureau station with complete observations was established in 1907. The office was first located on the second floor of the Sheridan County Courthouse; it later moved to South Main Street, and finally to the Airport terminal in 1940.
