Bradford Brinton Memorial & Museum
Bradford Brinton Memorial & Museum, on the National Historic Register, is internationally recognized as a memorial to Western art
and culture.
Experience the lifestyle of a 1920 gentleman’s working ranch, home to amazing collections of Indian artifacts, art, historic documents and books, the Brinton collection features over 600 oils, watercolors, and sketches by American artists including: Audubon, Borein, Gollings, Kleiber, Remington, Russell and more.
Continue your exotic adventures by taking in a guided tour of Bradford Brinton’s rustic Little Goose Creek Lodge, which he had built in 1928 as a retreat and to accommodate the numerous trophies from his hunting trips and safaris.
The Memorial was first opened to the public in 1961 through the will of Miss Helen Brinton ( Bradford ‘s sister). Art lovers are sure to appreciate Sheridan ‘s rich western heritage, featured at the Ranch and Museum. Open 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday to Saturday. Sunday noon to 4 p.m.
