Wyoming Information Center Museum
The Wyoming Information Center Museum exhibits feature Wyoming Wildlife, Indian Battlefields, Historic sites, a diorama of the Big Horn Mountains and Wyoming’s history. Also offered is a spectacular panoramic view of Sheridan with a full range of the Big Horn Mountains as the backdrop. The Center offers maps, brochures, information and restrooms for our visitors and is open year round. Wyoming Wednesday with Smoky
Located in Sheridan east off I-90 and 5th Street, at exit 23, the Information Center also houses the Sheridan Travel and Tourism, Wyoming Travel and Tourism and the Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce offices. During summer, the Center staff hosts “Wyoming Wednesdays”, offering a variety of fun and educational Wyoming tourism activities for vacationing children.
Year round hours from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. From mid May to mid October the hours are extended to 7 days a week from 7 AM to 7 PM daily.
