The rollicking western extravaganza, a celebration of the original 1893 opening of the Sheridan Inn, a National Historic Landmark. The Wild West Show features the ever-popular Westernaires, along with Buffalo Bill, Annie Oakley, and Calamity Jane! An event-packed week of authentic Western events - similar to when Buffalo Bill was in residence in Sheridan, Wyoming. The Show brings together the life and times of Buffalo Bill through a unique glimpse into America's Wild West and its romantic and legendary past. The festival's main attraction brings to life Buffalo Bill's Original Wild West Show, with the trick ropers and Roman Riders’ precision and mastery of synchronized horse riding. First time events: Grand American Mounted Shooters, Wild West Serenade & Picnic, and Living History Night; with the ever-popular returning events 1890's - Victorian Ball, western parade, Pony Express Ride.
