Festivals & EventsBrew Fest

Enjoy unlimited beer sampling, live music and food during the annual Suds n' Spurs Brewfest, August 24, 2019

The best brewers in the region convene under the Bighorns for the annual Fremont Toyota Suds n’ Spurs Brewfest, a festival of fun, entertainment, beer sampling and food!

The Suds n’ Spurs Brewfest is a major fundraiser for the Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce. Funds raised will go toward furthering the missions of our committees and to programs and training opportunities for our business community.

On August 24th from 2:00pm -7:00pm, trade in your ticket for a wristband, your official Brewfest sampling glass, and your voting token. Then you’re on your way to UNLIMITED sampling. Make sure to participate in the 2019 People’s Choice Award, by dropping your token at your favorite brewer’s table.

THE BREWERIES

You’ll have unlimited tasting from approximately 20 professional craft brewers from 6+ states and the region!

YOUR VOTE

All ticket holders will be asked to vote for the People’s Choice Award! Then stay ’til the end to see who takes home the coveted Tom Balding Spur Award. (There’s also a professionally judged competition in the IPA category, with the winner also receiving a Tom Balding Spur.)

THE MUSIC

Opening the Brewfest this year is local six-piece blues jam band, The Nate Champion Band.

Back by popular demand to headline this year’s event is John Roberts Y Pan Blanco! John Roberts’ many years of national and international touring, recording and performing experiences with Afro-Latin, Orchestral, Funk, Soul, Salsa, Pop, Jazz and R&B ensembles have led to the creation of John Roberts Y Pan Blanco. With vocals in Spanish, English and Portuguese, this group is melding energetic and contagious Funk, African and Latin dance grooves with instrumental solos, sharing musical diversity and positivity with the audience.

THE FOOD VENDORS

Your opportunity to purchase delicious food to go along with that beer sampling! Enjoy culinary delights from local favorites Bonafide Foods, Fired Up and Hetty’s Pizza.

THE TICKETS

Tickets are $35 and available at the Chamber office at 24 S. Main St., by calling 672-2485, or online at www.sheridanwyomingchamber.org. Additional ticket outlets include Black Tooth Brewing Company at 312 Broadway, Cottonwood Kitchen + Home at 234 N. Main and Luminous Brewhouse at 504 Broadway. Tickets also will be available at the main event tent at Whitney Commons Park. Must be age 21 or older.

YOUR FOUR-FOOTED FRIENDS

THE SMOKING AREAS

Please smoke only in the designated areas.

THE TROLLEY SHUTTLE

The Sheridan Trolley will be providing complimentary shuttle service between the Holiday Inn and Whitney Commons Park, during the hours of the event. Additional public parking for the event is available in the north parking lot at the Holiday Inn.

HOW WE ALL BENEFIT

Brewfest is the Chamber’s major fundraising event of the year, with proceeds going toward the work of our committees and to other programs and training opportunities for the Sheridan County business community.
