3rd Thursday Street Festival

The 3rd Thursday Street Festival brings a festival vibe to Sheridan’s Historic Downtown with a variety of musical performances, food, street vendors, and more.

Held on the third Thursday of each month from June through September, each festival is a little different from the last, with a wide array of vendors, performance artists, musicians and more rolling into town. Main Street is closed to vehicle traffic during event hours.

Annual Christmas Stroll

Sheridan’s Annual Christmas Stroll takes place in the heart of our Historic Downtown each year, starting the Friday after Thanksgiving and continuing through Christmas Eve. The stroll is one of Sheridan’s most popular winter events, and boasts more than 3,000 visitors during opening night festivities.

Entertainment and a fireworks display conclude the first evening’s events, while Santa Clause himself has been known to make an occasional appearance. Other special activities include a performance of A Christmas Carol at the WYO Theater, and the opening of the annual holiday art show at The Brinton Museum.

Crazy Days

Sheridan merchants blow out their seasonal and overstock items just in time for the kids to go back to school. Enjoy in-store specials and sidewalk sales at over 40 participating businesses. Sheridan’s historic downtown will be hopping with food vendors and fun activities for the kids. Save your sales receipts and redeem them for “Crazy Clams” for bidding on surprise items at our Crazy Auction.
